Payment
Payment terms are defined in the project proposal/invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for the delivered project are transferred to the client, excluding any third-party assets or libraries.
Liability
NextraForge Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches material terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
